Easy To-Do helps you manage your to-do lists. In doing so you will hopefully become more efficient and achieve more in less time. Besides, you will get a good overview of your current tasks.

Easy To-Do is available in a Lite version or a Professional version. The two versions are compatible, so you can start with the Lite-version, then move to the Pro version and continue to use your data. Or you can start directly with Easy To-Do Pro.

If you are a user of Easy To-Do 1.x, your old database will automatically be converted and loaded when you run Easy To-Do Lite or Easy To-Do Pro for the first time.

The evaluation version of Easy To-Do Pro will run for 30 days after installation. You can then either buy the full version or move back to Easy To-Do Lite.

Easy To-Do is very flexible. You can customize most features of the product. For example, you can select to use or display only the data that you find relevant for your tasks.

- set status and priority for tasks

- add notes to a task

- sort the To-Do list with up to three sort levels

- only use or display the data you find relevant for your tasks

- create templates for recurring tasks that will automatically be created (Professional version only)

- assign categories (projects) to tasks, also add own tasks and select their ordering

- assign resources (persons) to tasks, also add new resources and select their ordering

- assign types to tasks, also add new types and select their ordering

- speed search in To-Do list

- set a flag for selected tasks, for instance the tasks you plan to complete during the day or week

- run Easy To-Do from a USB memory stick (Professional version only)
