Defaults tab page

On this tab page, select default values for new tasks.

Default status

Select which status that is initially set for new tasks.

Default: Created

Default priority

Select which priority that is initially set for new tasks. This setting is only relevant if you have selected to use priorities for your To-Do tasks.

Default: Medium

Default type

Select which type that is initially set for new tasks. This setting is only relevant if you have selected to use types for your To-Do tasks.

Default: Fix

Default category

Select which category that is initially set for new tasks. This setting is only relevant if you have selected to use categories for your To-Do tasks.

Default: Unknown

Default resource

Select which resource that is initially set for new tasks. This setting is only relevant if you have selected to use resources for your To-Do tasks.

Default: Unknown

Default due date - Days

Set the number of days that will be used to calculate an initial due date for a new task.

Default: 7 days

Default due date - Hour

Set the hour for the time a new task is due on the due date.

Default: 22 (at 22 hours or 10 PM).

Default flags

Select the flags that automatically will be set for new tasks.

Default: No

Default reminder values - Date delta

Select the number of days that is used to calculate when a reminder should be given. This number cannot be greater than the value for due days.

Default: 6 days

Default reminder values - Type

Mark the checkbox for the reminder types that will be initially set for new tasks.

Default: Beep

Default reminder values - Path

Set the default path to the file that is used for reminder sounds (WAV file).

Default: (none)

Default reminder values - Next reminder

Set the number of days, hours and minutes that are suggested for a task, when you choose to repeat the reminder.

Default: 60 minutes.
