Fields tab Select fields to use and display in Easy To-Do.
In the box to the left, select those fields that you want to use for your tasks. By omitting fields, you will find it easier and quicker to add new tasks. At any time, you can start/stop using fields. Some fields are required, and must be used, for example ID and Title. Default used fields:
- ID (required - Title (required) - OK (required) - Red Flag - Green Flag - Blue Flag - Notes - Priority - Status (required) - Type - Category - Resource - Percent completed - Date-time created (required) - Date-time changed (required) - Date due - Time due - Date-time completed (required) - Days gone (required) - Days left (required) - Link - Reminder - Recurring
In the box to the right, select fields that you want displayed in the main window To-Do list. Fields that are displayed by default:
- Title (required) - OK (checkbox) - Flagged - Priority, text and image - Status, text and image - Type, text and image - Category, text and image - Resource - Date due
