List tab

Select settings for the To-Do list which is shown in the main window.

Fonts

Select fonts for tasks with different priorities, and for completed, overdue and selected tasks.

Default values:

Completed Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt, black, strike-out
Overdue Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt, red
Urgent Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt, black, bold
High Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt, black
Medium Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt, black
Low Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt
None Tasks	MS Sans Serif, 8 pt

If a task is overdue, the overdue font will be used, regardless of the priority.

Colors

Select background colors for tasks with different priorities, and for completed, overdue and selected tasks.

Default values:

Completed Tasks	Green
Overdue Tasks	White
Urgent Tasks	Yellow
High Tasks	Yellow
Medium Tasks	White
Low Tasks	White
None Tasks	White
Selected Tasks	Aqua

If a task is overdue, the overdue color will be used, regardless of the priority.

For tasks that are displayed according to priority: If you have added own priorities (only in Professional version), those priorities will use the same settings as its closest neighbor in the priority list.

Header - Style

Select a style for column headers in the list:

- Thick buttons

- Flat buttons

- Plates

- XP-style

Default: XP-style

Header - Hot track

Mark this checkbox if you want the header to change appearance when the mouse button is over.

Default: Yes

Header - Show sort markers

Mark this checkbox if you want sort markers (small arrows) to appear when the list is sorted by clicking on the header column.

Default: Yes

Header - Sorting by header click saved as sort option

Mark this checkbox if you want sorting by header click saved as the new sort option. This means it will replace the settings you have done in the Sort Options dialog.

Default: Yes

Grid lines - Horizontal

Mark this checkbox if you want horizontal grid lines in the list.

Default: Yes

Grid lines - Vertical

Mark this checkbox if you want vertical grid lines in the list.

Default: No

Grid lines - Dotted

Mark this checkbox if you want dotted grid lines in the list. Otherwise, the grid lines will appear solid.

Default: Yes

Grid lines - Color

Select a color for the gridlines in the list.

Default: Black

Miscellaneous - Autofit columns

Mark this checkbox if you want the width of the columns in the list to automatically adjust with changes in the contents (Professional version only).

Default: Yes

Miscellaneous - Show notes as hint

Mark this checkbox to show notes in a small hint window when the mouse cursor is moved over the title column of a task in the list (Professional version only).

Default: Yes

Miscellaneous - Short column captions hint

Mark this checkbox to show short captions (single letter) for special cases. These special cases are when a single image is shown for type, category, status, priority and flag. The caption is then shown with a single letter. This option is useful to conserve horizontal space in the list.

Default: Yes

Miscellaneous - Initially expand all subitems (Professional version only)

Mark this checkbox to initially expand all subitems for parents-children.

Default: Yes

Miscellaneous - Expanding a parent expands all subitems (Professional version only)

Mark this checkbox if you want all subitems automatically expanded when you expand a parent item. Otherwise only the direct children to the parent item are expanded.

Default: Yes
