(Professional version only)

Select the columns (fields) that you want included in the printout. Use the Plus-button to select a column from the left list. Deselect a column with the Minus-button. Change the order for the columns with the Up- and Down-buttons. The notes column is always last in the selected columns list. It will always be printed on a separate row.
