Easy To-Do - Print tasks

In the professional version, you can print the To-Do list. You can print to your printer or possible to another output device, like for example a PDF writer. In the Lite version, the print functionality is not available. Select File|Print from the main menu or press Ctrl+P. A wizard-style dialog will guide you through the possible selections.

Printer tab page

Select a printer.

Paper tab page

Select paper and associated settings. Please note that you must select a printer, paper format and size, before you can continue with the other settings and preview the report.

Margins tab page

Specify margins.

Fonts tab page

Select fonts for different parts of the printout.

Colors tab page

Select colors for odd- and even-numbered rows.

Contents tab page

Select which columns you want to print. These columns are not related to those that are displayed in the main window To-Do list. You can therefore select columns that are not displayed in the main window To-Do list.

Finally, press Preview to show a preview of the report in a separate window:

In this window, you can print the report or select different viewing modes. The tasks are sorted and filtered like in the main window To-Do list.
